Adsense works pretty good on many of my sites, but I have one site with higher volume, kind of general interest info that doesn't get the most high paying Adsense ads. If I use Google's ad manager to try to test out some other ad networks, the documentation on ad manager states that it shows the ad network with the highest CPM. My questions are: Where do the CPM rates come from? Is this a parameter the ad networks pass to the ad manager software, or is this something you enter for each network? Any help is appreciated. I recently converted my adsense to admanager account, and my ad manager account is displaying relevant reports based on my traffic and ad revenue. Adsense, however, is not.
