Advertising Goes Guerrilla

advertising goes guerrilla special research report Photo by
Advertising can be wasteful. Think billboards, direct mail, magazine ads and even those funny looking trucks that drive around simply to attract attention to a logo.  Wouldn’t it be great if there was an ecofriendly alternative? Curb is a British advertising agency that only uses natural materials for advertising. They have five different types of advertising: Clean advertising – Using a pressure washer, collected rain water, and a stencil, an ad can be placed on most surfaces. Logrow- Dirt, grass, and some talent can become an advertisement. Sand Brand – With only sand and water, an advertisement can be a sand ...

Guerilla Marketing on the Internet: The Definitive Guide from the ...
This was not my first book in the Guerrilla Marketing series. I have a great deal of respect for Jay Conrad Levinson. His books and his writing style hook me, they’re like reading great novels, fast-paced novels at that, his books are tough to put down. I always feel like he’s had about 6 cups of coffee and can’t even contain his excitement when he’s telling you what you need to know. I think it is problematic when Levinson writes these books with other authors. I read GM in 30 Days which Levinson co-wrote, and that book was also a little sloppy. When Levinson is the co-writer, I don’t feel the ... market research, surveys and trends

Lofton notched the finish after starting seventh and valiantly battling door-to-door with Sprint Cup Series regulars throughout the Pocono Mountains 125. "I just had a blast. I've been here four times in the ARCA car and honestly racing the truck here is a whole lot more fun. Guerilla Tactics: A New Brand of Advertising - Alison Keppler
The success of any ad campaign is directly proportional to how much attention the campaign manages to grab. However, with new standards of shock-value, what does it really take to get attention? In this entry I explore the necessity of unconventional guerilla marketing tactics, and why such methods may well become the next wave of advertising.  In any major city around the globe, the senses are constantly bombarded. Simply walking down the street one is profoundly aware of the smell of the hot dog stand on the corner, the sounds of car horns and cross-walk timers, the glare of headlights and sequins, the frantic shoves and ...
