I viewed the video, and while measured media is important, you can't always use it (ie, small town newspapers and websites, stations that aren't measured, cable in rural areas...). So, it's good training, but the real world calls for flexibility. Media buyers need to be "media agnostic," and possess the capability to view the client's brand/product/services from the consumer's point of view.
