Also what percent of a budget should be allocated to a billboard/billboards? With print advertising budgets decreasing, Internet budgets increasing, where do billboards stand? I know how to track ROI with dedicated phone numbers, web addresses, etc. I can't justify the expense for a dealer with a small ad budget spending 50% of it to test the ROI on a $3000/month billboard for a dealership. Any thoughts are appreciated. One last thought.
