How should I categorize cost per action (CPA) ads? - Google Ad ...
I have affiliate relationships with Commission Junction where I get a commission when users click through my ads and buy a product.  These ads have no CPM or CPC.  Like all ads, there is an effective cost per thousand impressions (eCPM), which let's say is $5.  How should I run these ads so that they will only be supplanted by AdSense if the alternative eCPM is over $5?  Should I run it as remnant with a Value CPM of $5? Separately, I have certain pages on which I want to only run those affiliate ads.  I set up Exclusive line items, with a cost per day of $0.01.  Is this the best option, since I can't enter a ...
