To be clear, I'm thinking of market place for relatively high value content, like short films, microbudget feature films or documentaries. Kind of like an online film market where producers post clips and descriptions and businesses can contact owners to license. If I want a 90 minute course on WordPress I can brand and sell, I suspect someone has that content to sell . . .
