Hi There! I need to advertsise (display ads, not classifieds) in newspapers. But I don't know what I am doing. I found a web site (www.mss-standby.com) which will place newspaper ads at 50%-80% off retail. Being a cheapskate, I was impressed ! Apparently, MSS specializes in "standby rates" or "remnant rates." When the newspaper is just a few hours from being printed, there are often "holes" where additional ads can be placed.
