I have an ad campaign that is targeted for a specific town in Virginia but an ad from the campaign is showing up in Colorado. Any ideas why this might be happening? According to persons within the industry who I have discussed this with the geo-targeting is only accurate to a point of around 85%, meaning that 15% of traffic could still come from elsewhere by ads that are shown outwith the targeted area.
