We then describe narratives of meritocratic ideology among African Americans and assess their impact on their health. The Trouble with Double X | The American Prospect
In the 1960s, feminists demanded newspapers take their women's pages -- sections devoted to recipes, fashion tips, and the occasional political article -- and make them gender-neutral. This way, they figured, newspapers would have to find a way to integrate "women's" coverage. One by one, publishers retitled these sections: Features, Style, Life. "There is a need for women's pages," she said, but "they should be more relevant than talking about ... market research, surveys and trends
Re: Dear Tribe Members
I'm happy to respond to anyone individually. Just tribemail me. Unfortunately these threads can become grandstanding (either from tribe employees like me or from members). So, I prefer to have one to one communication. And, I continue to ask members to give me their ideas whether for UI changes, revenue opportunities, new features. You are the reason we exist. That is the one thing you should always be certain of and the one thing we (the company) should never ever ever forget. Also, given the title in the previous thread, I won't post there as it then pushes this topic up to the top. We've already said that many ... market research, surveys and trends

I'm an Arab Egyptian male 19-year-old. To cut a long story short, I'm intellectual, westernized, agnostic, and generally very intelligent. I reject my politics and religion and loathe my ethnic identity—a colonial mentality/inferiority complex it may be called, but it is what it is. Considering that brief, maybe irrelevant background information, although I like striking women of all races, I find I'm strongly attracted to white women because I believe their features are the rarest, frailest, and most beautiful—creamy white skin, brilliant blue or green eyes, smooth golden hair—the eye color and skin ...
