According to the survey conducted by Monster and Human Capital Institute, 84 percent of employers indicated they thought their were workers content because they were working. QUESTION: I am from Nebraska.  My company is looking at using their autorenewal stipulation on their annual contracts with customers.  I work in Yellow Page advertising sales.  Now what they plan to do is Renew a customers advertising and expect the customer to pay but they plan on paying me like the customer did not renew the advertising.  This seems a bit unethical in the least if you ask me but is it legal?
