Pixel Advertising Explained – The New Way To Advertise
market research, surveys and trends
Pixel Advertising – The Next Wave of Online Advertising
When the World Wide Web was first woven, there were no banners or buttons -- the Web site was the promotional tool. In late 1994, however, Wired Digital, formerly know as HotWired, would take a controversial step in online marketing, inventing and placing the first pixel ad on their Web site and bringing Internet advertising to a whole, new level. HotWired became the first site to accept and model  its business around advertising and sponsorship, and Yahoo! and Netscape followed suit until pixel ads were everywhere.  Three years ago, the average response rate on a pixel ad was more than 2 percent. But as Netizens begin ... market research, surveys and trends

Marketing to College Students
In addition to the amount of money spent, I think that brands and products choose to market to college students because they are aware of the new and current trends. They tend to know about certain things before others, such as new technology, clothing styles, and music. College students are comfortable with using the latest technology. They are obviously more informed than older generations, such as their parents and grandparents, and have the money and responsibility to purchase these things, unlike younger teens and kids. iPods, digital cameras, Google, and even AIM are all newer technologies that most college students are ... industry trends, business articles and survey research
Cindy Sheehan shakes up the Drone-Making Man
WASHINGTON D.C. - Cindy Sheehan, preparing to protest the US drones that kill civilians, has already shaken up the security patrol at General Atomics in DC. Before she left home, the General Atomics "landlord" called her, concerned about the protest on Thursday, July 8. After she arrived in DC, she was watched by General Atomics security. Also, Sheehan's wallet was stolen and someone attempted to run up a $911.00 bill for merchandise at Target. Backing up a bit, General Atomics is the maker of the Predator B drone that crashed near the US/Mexico border at Nogales, Arizona, in April of 2006. Fortunately, no one was ... market trends, news research and surveys resources
BODINE: Always A Contender At Gateway
Gateway International Raceway is a bright spot on the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series schedule for the No. 30 Tundra team. The team has one win at the Madison, Ill., race track, and knows how to be a fixture at the top of the running order there. "Gateway is a track I've always enjoyed racing because it's a challenge for drivers and crew chiefs to find a perfect balance in the setup. It's critical to get your race truck to handle the differences in both ends of the track," said driver Todd Bodine. "The Tundra is always a contender at Gateway and that's because our team ... market trends, news research and surveys resources

Million dollar links
Opinions please - It just occurred to me that all the "million dollar sites" that are popping up are nothing but link farms. Most have a very good page rank due to all the cross linking, I've seen them as high as 7 - the primary one will probably go higher in time. That is, unless Google follows its guidelines about link farms and the selling of links! We had a very highly ranked jobs site banned from the Google index (it has since been reinstated, but still hasn't recovered 99% of its traffic) - and the reason Google gave for banning it was a statement on our homepage saying that we also offered "text links for sale". ...
