Question: Broadcast Management for Local Origination Television
We have recently taken over a small "local origination" cable television station. To date, this station has broadcast a looping powerpoint slide show composed of slides with advertisements, local new, public service announcements, trivia, etc. The revenue *is not* pouring in at this time. :) We'd like to offer actual video programming (public domain and locally produced programming, along with ads, of course).
