With a 16-year-old logo in use, the FFBB unveiled a new identity last week designed by Lille- and Paris-based agency Graphèmes who, as I understand, beat out another six agencies through a competition, although there are no details about what said competition entailed — hopefully it was a free throw competition that didn’t involve free logos. Sea Monkey Promotional Materials • mozillaZine Forums
IMO if the user of the Sea Monkey logo includes the Trademark symbol or notice, than that should cover it. I really don't see anyone claiming the logo as their own as it is clearly spreading through the Internet that Sea Monkey has a new logo. I've seen it on forums and other places. Some people have linked to the Sea Monkey images on my site, so I know that the word is spreading. And since I use Firefox, why do I care? I'm a fan and supporter of all Mozilla products and their mission: "to promote choice and innovation on the Internet". Posted January 29th, 2006, 4:44 pm @ KenS: I meant to answer this the other ...
