I am in discussions with another service provider who would like me to deliver a workshop I developed and own, on her premises. She is in a related business, but does not have the particular experience and expertise I have in this area. She plans to sit in on my workshop. We have agreed the workshop is mine and all materials remain and will be branded as mine. She would like to host the workshop with me delivering on a regular basis. We have an agreement on my (flat) fee, and what will be charged. We have an agreement about how we would handle future business that might come out of the workshop.
