I took on defining one of the biggest buzzwords of the last 5 years, Innovation. I did not propose my own definition; instead I referenced a study on the historical evolution of the term. In this blog I attempt to do the same for the biggest buzzword of the year - Social Media. Unlike Innovation, Social Media does not offer us a similar historical record, so this blog examines current Social Media definitions and presents them to shed some light on this topic.
