I am looking for case studies of how companies have used Outlook (in
an Exchange environment) as a tool for collaboration.
Many (maybe most) companies today have an exchange server and use
Outlook. They use only a small fraction of the features that their
exchange server gives them. Most places I have visited use it for
only sending email and scheduling meetings.
It seems to me that they are not getting the maximum befit that a
powerful collaboration tool like exchange has to offer.
