[June 15, 2010] --- The headmasters of Sayre School and The Lexington School confirmed that discussions of a possible merger of the two private schools are underway. "Each board has voted to set up a task force to explore -and only explore- the possibility of a merger, or at least more collaboration," said Clayton Chambliss, Headmaster of the 156 year old Sayre School.
