On this page you will find a collection of my personal and professional creative projects — one and all a labor of love. For seventeen years now, I have produced an annual mail order catalog for my company, GreenMethods.com , so our customers can be informed of our products and prices. This entry celebrates yet another successful printing — though it’s still at the printers. Again effort was put into creating a bright, positive image for the 2010 cover (see link). This change was implemented last year and was well received so we are doing it this way again. The tech specs are a 60 # cover ...
and a cabinet that was in continual transition divided by the forces of political patronage and reform. President Grant, himself, was influenced by both forces. Reform movements initiated in both the Democratic Party and the Liberal Republicans , a split Republican Party ...

What European nation established the first trading post in India ...
Portugal. Goa, Daman, Diu and Bombay were the most important trading posts. Some remained Portuguese dependencies until 1961. "Vasco da Gama's discovery of a new sea route to India in 1498 paved the way for European commerce with India. The Portuguese soon set up trading-posts in Goa, Daman, Diu and Bombay. Although the continental European powers were to control various regions of southern and western India during the ensuing century, they would eventually lose all their Indian dominions to ...
Girty's Island, Maumee River - Page 11
I am currently researching Girty's Island in the Maumee River, near Florida Ohio. Looking for artifacts from a time long ago. So far I know that Simon Girty hid there and his brother George had a trading post, both in the 1700's. I have also learned that there was other structures built on the island in the early 1900's, one being a victorian amusement park. I have also heard rumors that there was also a dance hall at one time. This past summer, I found the remains of an old foundation and the remains of a log used in the building with the log tag still attached. This foundation is nothing like what we see ...
