I live in so cal and everytime i look south from the 110 freeway from carson, harbor city, or torrace I see this really big ball on top of the hill of either San pedro or the PV peninsula. I dont see it on google earth and I'd like to know what it is. I imagine its a water tower of some sort but it might be like a planetarium and I just dont know. Help?
