yeah the reject is the coolest one... the backwards 'running man' and that is a lot harder than it looks. But basiclly you just put weight on one foot, move it forward and switch weight to the other and repeat! You won;t understand it from words. What I did was look up a whole bunch of videos on youtube. I watched them do it, and learned quickly. Although it may seem impossible, you just keep doing it over and over and eventually, anyone can get it down! Just don't give up... The actual jerk is very simple, just moving your knees! All this is easily learned from videos like the "you're a jerk" ...
Is it bad for my body to be going to the gym 5 days a week and ...
What i work on each session is my glutes,biceps,triceps,biceps (agian), then abs and I repeat this 3 times,could this be harmful to my body or anything? btw I've been going to the gym for a couple weeks now. It's not bad to be going 5 days a week but you should be working out different muscles each visit. Maybe do biceps,triceps,shoulders one day and glutes,back,abs another.
