Downtown Rhinelander has scheduled a fun weekend with activities for everybody. Tonight features a Relay For Life event that includes live music, kids activities and a Dunk-a-Doc booth held in the parking lot on Davenport Street. Downtown businesses will be open late and offer special promotions. For more information, call 282-2800. Tomorrow is the Annual Cellcom’s Art Fair on the Courthouse Lawn. The Art Fair starts at 9 a.m. and features more than 80 vendors from across the Midwest selling their arts and crafts. Here the king of clowns, Rod Greil, a founder of the Kwahamots, performs his classic clown routine during the Old-Timer's Show. The evening also saw Dave Dotter and Gene Winter inducted into the Kwahamot Water Ski Club Hall of Fame. Of special note, Meka Pennington was crowned Pow Wow Queen. And, because of rain on July 4, the fireworks show was postponed. It will now take place Aug. 14 as part of the Tomahawk Lions Thrilla on the Grilla festivities.
