Aquila, Inc. (NYSE:ILA) announced today that its indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary UtiliCorp N.Z. Limited (UNZ) has completed the sale of its 70.2 percent interest in UnitedNetworks Limited to VECTOR Limited for approximately US$503 million.
