» LendingTree Review: Do You Really Win?
“When banks compete, you win” is a slogan you’ve probably heard recently but is that really true or is that just a clever slogan wrapped around some somewhat clever advertisements? In summary, I think LendingTree offers you a quick, free, easy way to determine what the ballpark rates should be for someone with your credit profile. The fact that it’s free makes their offer compelling, why not enter in your information so you can figure out whether you can get a good rate or just an OK rate. When I was looking at houses over two years ago, I signed up to LendingTree because of all the advertisements I saw ... market research, surveys and trends
Cyrus Global and American Star Debt Settlement – Watch Out
I do see that you’ve done your diligence on doing your research, but the fact remains that you’re merely our competition and that you are just bad mouthing our company without finding out the truth. How do you know what our experiences are debt settlement for you to make a statement that we are under qualified. Also, the fact that we offer other various products has nothing to do with our qualifications. Who are you to make such judgement about our company. Consumer complaints about Lending Tree
I had an experience much like the ones listed above. I have been working hard to get my credit score up and finally got it up. I currently had a high interest rate mortgage and thought it was time to refinance. Everything went well with the loan and then it was time to get the appraisal. I had the house appraised 12 months ago for 250,000 dollars. Since then, I have put a new central heating and air unit in the house, had an 11,000 dollar deck put around the pool and spent 80,000 dollars on renovating the kitchen. The appraisal from Lending Tree came in at 210,000 dollars!!! i know the housing market is depressed - but ... industry trends, business articles and survey research
Consumer complaints about Mortgage Companies
Keeping a roof over your head isn't simple these days. Getting the right mortgage can be difficult. See longtime mortgage broker Dieter Brunner's step-by-step guide, The Mistakes Borrowers Make, and How to Avoid Them , for help. Lower-income consumers face a growing band of predatory lenders offering "creative" mortgages. They call them that because they create a lot of income for the lender and a lot of risk for the consumer, as our Stephanie Moore learned when she took out a "creative" no-document mortgage. See her special report: The Pitfalls of Creative Mortgages . One point is especially ... industry trends, business articles and survey research
Mortgage Rates on 30-Year US Loans Fall to Record
July 1 (Bloomberg) -- Mortgage rates on 30-year U.S. loans slid to a record low for the second straight week, lowering borrowing costs for homebuyers as demand slumps. Rates for 30-year fixed loans sank to 4.58 percent in the week ended today from 4.69 percent last week, Freddie Mac said in a statement. The average 15-year rate fell to 4.04 percent, also a new low, the McLean, Virginia-based company said. The decline in mortgage rates, fueled by investor demand for government-supported bonds tied to housing loans, has failed to lift U.S. home sales after the April 30 end of a federal tax credit for buyers. Purchases are more ... market trends, news research and surveys resources

The Internet has been a catalyst for new business models in real estate brokerage, just as it has in other industries. I received a phone call from Rosedale Financial Services saying me and my husband were approved for a loan. I had contacted lending via Internet, so I am guessing this is how Rosedale got my info. I gave Mr. Murphy, from Rosedale Financial the information he needed to process paper work, of course being thankful we found a loan. We received a contract via fax to sign that looked really legal with a loan number, loan amount, payment schedule, maturity date, ect..., and of course the COLLATERAL SECURITY PAYMEN, which we signed and faxed back to Rosedale Financial Services at 347-436-9088. After 2 weeks of phone calls ...
What kind of mattress should I buy?
When I developed severe shoulder, back, and hip pain while pregnant, my husband and I finally decided to splurge on a latex mattress. I must admit, it's wonderful!! Extremely comfortable and supportive. Not as bouncy as traditional coil mattresses. Really a great night's sleep. It's important to invest in a quality latex, which should last a lifetime.  Latex supposedly does not wear down as conventional innerspring mattresses do. I think the "talalay" latex is considered the best variety of latex. See below for more info.   In recent years, latex mattresses have quietly become more popular ...
