The school bully stole your lunch money. Everyone laughed when you tripped in gym class. That cute girl in the third row likes you. She just doesn't like like you. You never should have passed her that note. It's tough being a kid. You bury your sorrows under Ho Hos and Ding Dongs. Someday you'll drown them in Jack Daniels -- just like your father. Depressed kids who deal with life's slings and arrows with sugary junk food may be more likely to develop alcoholism or other addictions later in life, according to an article in the Feb. 10 edition of the journal Addiction. Researchers at the Monell Chemical ...

Kaiser Hospital Hands Out Candy Bars!
This makes me sad and disappointed, because I love those clips and thought that if I ever comment on one of then I should be praise it. However here the problem, every time I hear the vaccine = autism conspiracy theory, I have to vent. That hypothesis have been disproved and disproved again and again for over a decade. Btw as Michael Specter said, today a child born in a slum in India has a higher life expectancy then one born in a rich family had a hundred years ago. Why? Answer: Vaccine! Kaiser Kaiser give me your answer do, I’m half crazy over the likes of you. Your ER is a mess you can;t afford a test. So you’ll ... market research, surveys and trends

Five Million Americans Hang in the Balance Between the House ...
As the congressional health-care marathon enters its final weeks (or final months for those pessimistic about Capitol Hill timetables), the remaining obstacles seem to be limited to the perpetually contentious issues of abortion, the taxation of generous Lexus-level insurance plans, and, yes, the public option. Lost in the shuffle are the estimated 5 million Americans who would gain health-insurance coverage under the House bill, but not under the legislation that survived a Senate filibuster. We may have become blasé about billions or even trillions of dollars, but it should be difficult to ignore 5 million people, roughly ... industry trends, business articles and survey research

True Blood ties your vampire ass to the toilet and flushes
The insanity of the last episode was pretty difficult to follow. But when you tape a character to a toilet, put Sookie incognito, and then introduce another half-naked girl, you're building yet another classic episode of True Blood . Pro: The were-bear is shirtless again. I say Bear, as in he appeals to a certain taste of menfolk and myself. He doesn't actually turn into a bear, that's ridiculous. He turns into a wolf. Con: Sookie decides to snark at Alcide's living conditions because he hasn't bought new furniture since his breakup. Meanwhile her home is still caked in dirt and raw meat from the ... market trends, news research and surveys resources
