BRUSSELS — Finance ministers from the 16 countries that use the euro agreed Sunday to rescue Greece with €110 billion in loans over three years to keep it from defaulting on its debts. 1) Finance the car through the dealer's bank, which would mean that I would need full insurance coverage, for almost no reason, considering the car isn't that expensive, so I wouldn't need it to be covered, also parts are cheap for them, or 2) Take out a personal loan of the car's amount, pay the car off completely, and then I won't have to pay three times what I need to in insurance, and I can get a better rate on the loan?
