google finance search special research report Photo by static.howstuffworks.com
I’ve said it before but it bears repeating; I personally like Yahoo better than Google. Guess I’m not the only one. Makes me wonder if Yahoo’s stock isn’t a little undervalued and Google’s; a lot overvalued? I know that there are factors other than “monthly visitors” which make up that calculation. Google Finance Launching? Google.com/Finance | Search Engine Journal
After visitng the referring URL, I saw that the live Google 404 “The requested URL /finance was not found on this server.” Error which usually leads to a hint that Google is launching a new service. Google 404 URL messages used to be an indicator of an upcoming product launch, but now Google has expanded their URL message across all non-existing Google pages. HINT #2 : Referral URL Search Strings Thinking that this just may be a fluke in my referrals, I dug a bit deeper to find that SEJ has had multiple referrals from the Google.com/finance page, all for queries of “GOOG”, Google’s stock symbol. ... market research, surveys and trends

Broadmark Capital - White Paper
The following paper was written in November 2008, as markets and the economy were entering their steep decline. Since then, the situation described here - of how the Initial Public Offering marketplace is not functioning -- has continued. If anything, jump-starting that market is even more important today than it was when this idea was first floated. Writers such as former Senator Bill Bradley and columnist Thomas Friedman have made similar proposals. This paper represents our case for the urgency and benefits of taking special action to revive the IPO market and our ideas of how it can be done. It is well known that Net is a firehose of content on almost all subjects one can think of. Content creation happens through a variety of means that include general web portals, special web sites, Q&A services, video hosting services, social networking applications and the like. However, the existing content creation models suffer from one inherent weakness, that is, lack of focus on the market needs. The content author creates a piece with the assumption that ... market trends, news research and surveys resources

Make sure that the TITLE and ALT tags you use on each page are descriptive and accurate. How far has the stock market gone down since Obama took office?
That is a decline of 852.55 points and obviously more than 10% of the market's value since President Obama took office. http://www.google.com/finance/historical?q=IN DEXDJX:.DJI   Why? Well the obvious explanation is that the market does not have confidence in Obama's so called stimulus plan.  My guess is that the market would be in better shape if the money allocated to the various things in the stimulus plan had been used to buy up the derivative securities that are in default.   Also, President Obama has talked lots of gloom and doom about the economy. Glood and doom talk in a down market is a good ...
