Indication of interest Definition

indication of interest definition special research report Photo by signx.info
1. A common misconception is that open interest is the same thing as volume of options and futures trades. This is not correct as demonstrated in the following example: On Jan 1, A buys an option, which leaves an open interest and also creates trading volume of 1. On Jan 2, C and D create trading volume of 5 and there are also 5 more options left open. On Jan 3, A takes an offsetting position and therefore open interest is reduced by 1, and trading volume is 1. On Jan 4, E simply replaces C and therefore open interest does not change, trading volume increases by 5. Related Links : Applied primarily to the futures market, this ...

TRAFFIC TICKETS ARE OFFERS TO CONTRACT! | Business Law Consortium
Part 2: So instead of taking you to jail, they just have you sign the ticket, agreeing to show up to court if the officer doesn’t take you to jail immediately. Refusing to sign IN NO WAY acts as a rejection against the law. All it means is the officer can take you to jail right then if he wants to, but even if he doesn’t, you’re still required to show up, and you’re still on the hook for the speeding ticket. I’m still unsure where you got 72 hours from, and why you keep citing lending laws. thegreatfish Says: July 24th, 2010 at 11:25 am Part 1:So here’s the skinny. Online Finance – Option Terminology Glossary – Greeks, exotics and ...
Thomas A. Fetherston at the University of Albama put this together at some point in time, possibly for his students – a mix of teaching notes, core concepts, a glossary and a 109 page handy desk reference that you would end up referring to if you work with derivatives in any shape and form. I stumbled across this resource about 5 years ago and it had been stewing invisibly in one of the many resource folders I have on my hard drive. I believe it would be a crime to sit or hide on a resource like this. The Glossary is here and I will try and post the teaching notes over the next few days after turning them into bite sized pieces ... market research, surveys and trends

Tax Returns: A Comprehensive Assessment of the Bush ...
The Bush Administration has stood in favor of tax cuts through thick and thin.  In the midst of a booming economy and large projected budget surpluses, President Bush’s top economic policy initiative — both as a candidate in 2000 and upon taking office — was to cut taxes.  When the economy slowed, the Bush Administration’s response also was dominated by tax cuts.  Now, in the face of yawning deficits and its own pledge to reduce them, the Administration has again put forward large, permanent tax cuts as part of its most recent budget. A: Stress tests are an important risk management tool that has been used for a number of years now, both by banks as part of their internal risk management practices and by supervisors to assess the resilience of banks and of financial systems in general to possible shocks. Stress tests assess adverse and unexpected outcomes related to a variety of risks, and provide an indication of how much capital might be needed to absorb losses would the shocks that have been assumed actually occur. Usually stress tests envisage a set of hypothetical "what if" scenarios with different degrees of severity. Stress tests do not ... market trends, news research and surveys resources

Taking another step in its review of equity market structure issues, on November 13, 2009, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) released a proposal to increase the transparency of “dark pools” of liquidity (Exchange Act Release No. 60997 (November 13, 2009)). I graduated with my BS degree last December 2009. But during the winter 2010 semester, which recently finished, I took 2 additional undergrad classes through my school's extension service (it lets those with BS degrees take additional undergrad classes). I had a phone interview for an engineering position a couple weeks ago. During the interview, the interviewer asked if I was finished with school. Though I was finished with school, in a sense, since I had already graduated and obtained my BS degree, I guess I wasn't technically finished with school as I was taking those 2 extra courses.
