I have several client operating on the Touch Pro POS system which happens to be DOS based ( They want to export their customer data into txt or csv files, so that they can use the data for mail marketing/targeting. I have found the files that need to be extracted (delivery.dat and house.dat), but can not for the life of me figure out how to get them into a txt or csv file. Does anyone have experience with doing this that might be able to help me? I tried to view/open them up with the type and edit commands at the command prompt, but that just gave me jibberish.
