QUESTION: I know of a person who inherited his grandparents home, to be split 50/50 The executor by will has not taken the steps through the court system and is basically holding the other inheritor hostage in this situation. With or without the current recession, do people who rack up credit card debt, default on their mortgages and miss payments on loans really not have any money? As in, are all of their bank accounts actually at zero?
