To clarify. I'm referring to ways that the oil contamination can travel via industry within products and transportation vessels. Inside them; inside their cargo rather on the outside of their hulls. In order words should the government be actively investigating ways the contamination can spread outside the area in significant quantities to impact people and wildlife outside the area? One example might be products that contain seaweed from the area.
