Springfield Public Schools will offer a free immunization clinic at all five SPS high schools beginning on Monday, July 19. Missouri law requires that all children must be properly immunized to attend school. For the 2010-2011 school year, the law also requires all incoming eighth-grade students to have a Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis) vaccine unless they have received a Td booster within the last two years. Oceanside Unified School District: Home Page
The Oceanside Unified School District Board of Education will hold only one board meeting during the month of July. Trustees will meet at 10 a.m. on Friday, July 30 in the district board room, 2111 Mission Ave. Board meetings normally take place twice a month. However, due to summer vacation schedules, trustees are only able to convene once in July. The board will resume its regular bi-monthly meeting schedule in August, with 6 p.m. meetings set for August 10 and August 24.
