I had one assignment that lasted 4 weeks from previous employer - i meet all independent contractor tests.  I did report this to PA UC as income and did not receive UC for those 4 weeks. I am now back on UC. However, I have a new assignment and another client about to give me work. I also began collecting social security payments - 64 and full retirement is 66. So I want to show business expenses as self employed.
