Both Kim and Zolf live in Toronto, but where Kim trusts in language to unearth and condemn atrocities, Zolf suspects that even the plainest words — from government documents and business press releases — will lapse (or ...

"One pill makes you larger, and one pill makes you small" | Oil ...
Words from the old Jefferson Airplane song about Alice in Wonderland certainly apply to our current prescription drug cost situation. The pill that "makes you larger" is the pill of aggressive pharmacy benefit management; the pill that "makes you smaller" is the pill of inattention that depletes your health plan benefits reserve, or raises your group health plan premium. Talk about Alice in Wonderland! Prescription drug cost increases are predicted to be 15% to 18% annually for the next five years. Some predict cost increases from $105 billion in 1999 to $212 billion in 2004, nationwide. You have to run ... industry trends, business articles and survey research

At a mention of the brand name "Coach," what images spring to mind? A well-heeled, sophisticated professional woman carrying a stylish handbag? A trusted men's briefcase that you've carried for years? In most consumers' minds, Coach Inc. (COH) is a name inextricably linked with quality, tradition, and prestige. What type of business coach would you prefer to work with ...
Recently I have been asked by a number of people "what should I do now" "I'm stuck on this" etc - all business coach type questions. My approach is what I call "slap you round the head". I am not warm and fluffy, I will tell people how it is, I am direct and straight to the point, I will push them to explore options and encourage them to look outside the square. I would be interested to know if you have a coach (or are planning on getting one, or are one)what type of approach you like them to take with you, does directness get you defensive? etc. I am asking because I am contemplating doing some more coaching, but am ...
