Recently I have been asked by a number of people "what should I do now" "I'm stuck on this" etc - all business coach type questions. My approach is what I call "slap you round the head". I am not warm and fluffy, I will tell people how it is, I am direct and straight to the point, I will push them to explore options and encourage them to look outside the square.
