Ideally, CSR policy would function as a built-in, self-regulating mechanism whereby business would monitor and ensure its support to law, ethical standards, and international norms . Furthermore, CSR-focused businesses would proactively promote the public interest by encouraging community growth and development, and voluntarily eliminating practices that harm the public sphere, regardless of legality. Bad vs. Good people?
It can be easy as a manager to label people as bad or good performers. This performance labeling tends to be a convenient way to quickly categorize people. It is efficient for human resources . Once labeled, people can be given promotions or demotions, merit or punitive action, more money or less money. Management and Human resources can now implement programs of the month such as succession planning, employee of the month and so on. This approach seems to have come from the behavioral management theories of the past. These ideas do nicely align with short term thinking and the idea for quick results at any expense. BrainWaves: Water
The process is on for sure, to peel the layers. How many more to go, I do not know. But one thing that I know for sure, I ain't giving up! Water is life. There is a lot that is being talked and written about air and air pollution, thanks to Carbon Dioxides effect on rise in temperature. However, there isn’t as ... market research, surveys and trends

It is also not a place people will check for discussion and it reduces the number seeing the discussion topic. I would like to advise against such negative behavior and if it continues, remove the member. But how do I ...
