There is no "one-size-fits-all" OD tool, Myra. One needs a deep toolkit & the wisdom to determine which tool fits what situation. As for the tools you name in the question, I don't really see them as OD tools but rather as individual, personal growth tools. & I see very limited value in most such. posted 11 months ago I find the Birkman to be the most comprehensive.
