Monday was a fun day. I ran for 30 minutes straight. Never done that before. I didn't count how many times I went around the track, but it was from 15-17 times, making it at least 2 miles, maybe a little more. That is a first for me! Again. It seems that I am going to have a lot of firsts over the next 4 months, up to and including the day of the race when I run 15.5 miles. I never do that in training .
