Where do you live? Wherever it is, I recommend you catch a bus/train out of there ( about a half hour away) and find a park. If there is a lake or pond there, even better! Sit under a tree and turn off your phone and don't tell anyone you're going there. Take off your shoes and socks and feel the grass on your feet, feel the gorgeous sun on you, feed the ducks if that's possible, look at the closest tree to you and drift away..........................
