Miles McKinnon, an Electrical Systems Officer at Fleet Maintenance Facility's Engineering Department, is this year's recipient of the 11th annual Civilian Educational Support Program award. For the fourth year in a row the Pacific Region has had a scholarship winner under the Civilian Personnel Education Support Program (CPESP).
