is a term coined by Citrix Online to define the growing trend of working from anywhere other than a traditional office. To me it’s a more descriptive term than telecommuting, virtual workers, home office or any of the other terms that are regularly used to describe working from somewhere other than “the office”. Though this concept was introduced three decades ago, it’s a trend that has seen dramatic increases in the last few years. One of the reasons for that is today’s technology makes it so much easier for a remote worker to stay in touch. Happy 1980's Pop Music Wanted Please | Ask MetaFilter
I'm filling up the Ipod and have been enjoying the hell out of some upbeat 1980's stuff."Walking on Sunshine," "I Want Candy" (Bow Wow Wows), and The Go-Go's are some examples of stuff I've been enjoying. Female vocalists aren't a must but a preference. Not looking for Journey/Styx/REO. Doesn't have to be 1980's, late '70's or that sound in general. Hope I'm being clear. I didn't have much luck with this thread . There must have been tons of stuff like this out when my friends and I were slouching around in our Iggy Pop t-shirts. google bubble gum music ... probably lots of ...
