The big lie about credit card debt - MSN Money
You may have been shocked by a report that $9,000 in card debt is 'average' for U.S. households -- or taken comfort that so many people were in the same boat. But there's a catch: It's not true. By Liz Pulliam Weston Some people lie about their debts, and some people are in denial. But when a survey says 90% of Americans are either liars or in denial about how much they owe on credit cards, you can bet it's the surveyors who are the delusional ones. In June, released a GfK Roper poll that purported to detail Americans' relationships with credit cards. The survey contained plenty of ... industry trends, business articles and survey research

Triumph Over 'Demons' (and a Budget)
A scene from “The Demons,” a 9-hour production that will be spread over 12 hours at Governors Island in July. MILAN IN a huge former factory that once churned out engine parts for electric trains and is now used for art shows and sundry performances, the director Peter Stein moved among his actors on a makeshift stage area. I don't need a lot and am good at saving money. 1 month ago (Tiebreaker) Answerer 1 You have a few options when it comes to investing money ...
Question: Investing in Property in Berlin
A pal of mine contacted me yesterday about an amazing Investment Opportunity that has been presented to him: buying up blocks of flats in Berlin. I am always wary of such chance-in-a-lifetime opportunities. Another pal of mine went to Berlin fairly recently and he was amazed at the visible changes since his previous visit a decade or so earlier. Some serious investments had been made. It strikes me that there might be another bubble awaiting to be pricked. Does anyone know any specifics about Berlin property that I can pass his way?
