I have shares in both Primewest and Pengrowth that are held in my retirement account.  My broker says to sit tight, don't panic. If the dividends remain the same, it will take about four years to get back to even, much longer if the dividends are cut or share prices fall more. Would you reccomend cutting my losses or hanging in in the hope they will eventually recover?
