Make sure your hair or anything is pulled back away from where the lens frame connects to your face. anything inbetween that will allow air to leak into the mask and create fog. Also, try and breathe straight out or downward to prevent your breath going up onto your lens. This can get very irritating so I recommend investing in a Thermal Lens Mask.
