Cut, color, carat, clarity...what do they mean? What's best? I know clarity is expressed as IF, VVS1, VVS2, VS1, VS2, SI1, SI2, I1, but what do those mean? What criteria would make the sparkliest diamond? I know I read this somewhere, I just don't know where. The one I DO understand is carat. Help!
