Specialty drugmaker Endo's $223 million deal to buy urology services and products provider HealthTronics has industry analysts pondering its possible benefits, given the disparate nature of the companies. "The most direct synergy is Endo's urology sales force, (but) given that these are drug reps, I don't think that's an obvious synergy," Cowen and Co analyst Ian Sanderson said.
