Nor is it an efficient use of taxpayer dollars. One novel approach is delivering results quickly through a smart use of federal funds. including a post about its similarity to other Department of Education programs, like Goals 2000. We’ve also found one nasty trick in the RFP in our first reading. Virtually every Department of Education RFP has a section at the start that clearly states what types of organizations are eligible applicants. This one doesn’t. Instead, the i3 RFP says on page 8 of 29 that: Applicant means the entity that applies for a grant under this program on behalf of an eligible applicant (i.e., an LEA or a partnership in accordance with section 14007(a)(1)(B) of the ARRA). What’s a partnership? Are nonprofits on their own ... market research, surveys and trends

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
What do you think is the most innovative investment fund product ...
You have some assumptions in your questions that I would like to address first. You want something new and different (innovative), you want high return and you want high customer satisfaction. In the investment world, everything has trade-offs. As my Daddy used to say, if it sounds too good to be true, it almost always is. To get high returns you take high risks. If you get lucky and it works out in the short run, then customers are happy (it's never volatile on the way up). However, eventually there will be a price to be paid. I have been in the business 24 years now, with high client satisfaction. How we do it, is to ...
