2009 sizzled for valley A/C business
Frank Harrison is one of the few people in the Coachella Valley who is not delighted that triple-digit temperatures are a bit late this year. I see all these 'foreclosure' websites (realtyTrax, foreclosures, etc) that list a ton of houses that are in pre-foreclosure, auction and REO but then don't really do a good job of explaining what these different stages are, what happens in each one and which stage is best to try and purchase a property.
