What was true in that post is that if there are offshore and domestic feeders, they will not be integrated, even though they may share the similar or identical investment strategy. What was also true is that the one hundred cap does not apply for feeders subject to Section 3(c)(7). However, there is something not exactly true in my prior post. Hypothetically, there is a master fund, called “Wake” with two feeders, offshore and domestic feeders respectively.
