To what extent or to whcih area does Six Sigma apply in investment banking? It seems that as long as customer exists or as long as a process exists, Six Sigma is always applicable. Therefore, six sigma is a proven methodology in the commercial banking industry as seen is BOA, JPMCase, etc. But I am not necessarily familiar with cases in investment banking industry where Six Sigma was implemented and generated sound results.
