ask legal andrew — the home office deduction
We’re finally tackling a question that doesn’t depend upon your local laws. The home office deduction is strictly controlled by the IRS, applying federal tax laws and regulations. If you are a self-employed home office warrior, your deduction is pretty easy to determine. You can deduct the portion of your home that you use regularly and exclusively: 1.) as your principal place of business, or 2.) to deal with clients and customers. If you use a separate structure exclusively and regularly, you can deduct expenses for it. What does this mean? If you have a dedicated area in your home that you use only for work, ... market research, surveys and trends
when clients don't pay: how to collect without involving the mafia
Have you ever noticed that late payments happen when you need cash the most? I think there’s a World Freelance Mojo Consortium monitoring all home office billing activity. It’s easy to get your knickers in a twist when somebody owes you money. Let’s be honest; your first concern is paying your own bills, so when you have to ask repeatedly for a client to pay an invoice, your shoulders bunch up and your brow gets all wrinkly. That’s not good posture to have when you’re trying to help other clients and bring in new business. So what can you do about it? First things first. Before you start Googling ... market research, surveys and trends

Poll: 99 Percent Wouldn't Use Hard Drugs If They Were Legalized ...
's main supporting argument may be simply wrong. Drug policy reformers point to a wide range of demonstrated social harms created by the drug laws -- crime and violence, spread of infectious diseases, official corruption, easy funding for terrorist groups, to name a few -- while prohibitionists argue that use and addiction would explode if drugs were legalized. But is the prohibitionist assumption well-founded? Zogby polling data released today asked 1,028 likely voters, "If hard drugs such as heroin or cocaine were legalized, would you be likely to use them?" Ninety-ninety percent of respondents answered, ... industry trends, business articles and survey research
Poll: Most in U.S. approve of Arizona immigration law
A new Pew Research Center poll indicated that 63 percent of people nationally support allowing police to question anyone they think may be in the country illegally, and 59 percent approve of Arizona's new illegal immigration law. The new law, which goes into effect July 29, makes it a state crime to be in the country illegally and requires police to inquire about the immigration status of anyone they reasonably suspect to be in the country illegally. The poll, which was released Wednesday, surveyed 994 adults nationally by phone between May 6 and May 9, and has a margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points. Tour de Pez: Around And Around In Rotterdam!
It might be the home of the Feyenoord football team but Rotterdam on Saturday was all about the cycling as the Tour de France hit the road for a super-fast 8.9km loop around the beautiful port city. After three fantastic days of sunshine and temperatures of around 30degrees Celsius, the forecast for Sunday was rain and a chance of thunderstorms. When The PEZ Crew headed into the start village it was definitely cooler weather, but as yet, there was no rain falling. One of the talking points (we'll get to the other one in due course) among many journalists was how difficult it had been over the past two days to get to and ... market trends, news research and surveys resources
A tale of two -- actually, many more than two -- list serves
What if I told you I ran a secret e-mail list that connected progressive writers with staffers for Democratic politicians so that those staffers could tell the progressives what, exactly, their bosses wanted them writing about that day? Sadly, I don't run such a list. Never have, either. The rule for Journolist was that no one who worked for the government in any capacity could join or, if they took a job with the government, remain. But it turns out that there is exactly such a list on the right. Dan Riehl, a prominent conservative blogger, revealed its existence today when he quit in a huff because John Boehner's ... market trends, news research and surveys resources

Answer Simply put, seven players must be on the line.  Five must be numbered between 50 & 79.  If your two receivers are on the line & your "3 are lined up behind them", then they are not on the line of scrimmage.
Are sites like pspblender and allpspgames legal? :: Free Tech ...
Hey Dave, what do you think about websites like pspblender and allpspgames? They claim to offer full version games for Sony PSP systems as downloads which are supported on all firmware versions including v2.81 and are legal. Are they for real or just trying to con people? Dave's Answer: I think that there are two categories of games out there you can download, homebrew and commercial games. The latter should quite obviously be illegal to download and install on your PSP, regardless of what these sites say. The former, well, let's talk about that... But before we do, let me say that my experience with sites like ...
