I met someone and eventually we would like to buy a house someday. The girl i've been dating finally decided that it would be better and more economical if we both settled into the same place...hers. The problem is that i signed a one year lease on my apartment and i've been there for 6 months. My lease is for 1 year and i can't live up to the agreement...because my circumstances have changed and i want out of the lease.
